AVNAS Aviation, in partnership with Leader Aviation Pty Ltd, is proud to be delivering integrated aviation maintenance support to an international client operating a fleet of Bell 407 helicopters.

Stage 1: Component Removal and Overhaul

As part of this engagement, AVNAS Aviation has successfully deployed a specialist team to the client’s overseas location to execute Stage 1 maintenance activities, including:

  • Removal of key dynamic and structural components

  • Inspection and overhaul coordination

  • Compliance with OEM and regulatory standards

This phase ensures the continued airworthiness, reliability and performance of the Bell 407 fleet.

Building Capability Through Technology Transfer

In parallel with maintenance delivery, AVNAS Aviation has implemented a structured technology transfer program designed to strengthen local capability.

Through on-the-job training, AVNAS specialists have worked closely with client personnel to:

  • Enhance technical competency in Bell 407 maintenance
